REGISTRATION

NICKNAME is chosen by each user at their own discretion (e.g. Agent007). A user can choose the Nickname and if available can be registered under that.

Permitted signs are: (0-9, Aa-Zz).
Minimal number of signs is: 6.
Sign: (®) is only assigned by Bluetme, Inc.

(Vulgar and offensive Nicknames may be deleted including accounts).

Bluetme team: Strongly does not recommend using own name and surname. In case of ocurred problems Bluetme, Inc. bears no liability for this breach of terms.

GIRL/BOY is marked in the app by red and blue color. Be careful when selecting who you are :-).

Bluetme, Inc.
A company in the USA. The owner of Bluetme application.

Bluetme
Name of application

Bluet
Designation of another person or designation of a user (when getting a 'bluet').

Bluets
Section of the application where new contacts are loaded and you can decide what to do with them.

Blt. me!
Mark me!, Contact me!

Blueted you!
Another user of Bluetme application has marked and contacted you!

Bluetme score (Blt. score)
It shows how many 'bluets' you and your friends obtained and how you stack up against them.

Bluetme Cards  (Blt. Card/s)
A card that is exchanged among cell phones of users of Bluetme application *. 

*Also among devices where the Bluetme app can be installed.

FIRST LAUNCH OF THE APPLICATION

BLUETME (demo) contains Bluet Card where you can try: Bluets, chat, adding to contacts.

BLUET CARDS

BLUET CARDS are cards that include: Nickname of a user, photo, number of Bluets (similar to „likes“ on Facebook) and detail.

By launching the Bluetme app Bluet Cards from user's proximity are displayed. Just as your Bluet Card is shown to others who have installed and launched Bluetme app.

Your Bluet Card has been created by registration and you can see it on My profile page according to following procedure:

INCOMING BLUET CARDS are loaded in your application and you can decide what to do with them.

You can 'Bluet' somebody only once and this cannot be changed.

Unanswered Bluet - If you 'Bluet' incoming Contact and it shifts among Contacts, 2 situations can occur:

In such a case the unanswered Bluet cards will be shifted in 12 hours in the Recycle Bin and unlike other Bluet Cards you won't be able to get it back among Contacts.

By every approach – Bluet – you give Bluet! That means that if you meet on the street, the subway, airport, just anywhere somebody you like and his/her Bluet Card is displayed in Notifications or directly in the app you can tell them by Bluet that you like them!

You meet daily so many good-looking people… Let them know that are pretty even though you do not know them. And even you may be approached by Bluet.

By somebody you would never expect... :-).

(Note: Every incoming Bluet Card has date and time on the right top. It is set that if you do not do anything with it (adding to Contacts, or shifting to Bin) it is automatically deleted after 12 hours).

Bluetme team: We recommend checking the incoming contacts from the bottom up because Bluet Cards at the end will be deleted soon.

If you do not select the option Is my celebrity or Is my favorite, a user remains in Contacts.

If you decide to disclose to a new contact your phone number choose the option Show phone number

BLUETS

In 'Bluets' section you can see Bluet Cards in your proximity. Your Bluet Card is visible to others that have the Bluetme application installed and launched.

Your Bluet Card has been created automatically during the registration and you can see it in section My profile.

If you have the app Bluetme on, it is constantly looking for Bluet Cards in your proximity, updated at regular intervals.

As an example we sent each new user a Bluet Card named Bluetme (demo).

Bluetme (demo) shows Bluet Cards where you can try: „Bluets", chatting or adding to contacts.

(Note: Each incoming Bluet Card has a date and time in the upper right corner. If you do not do anything with it for 12 hours since it appears in your Incoming section it is automatically deleted (default setting).

Unanswered Bluet If you 'bluet' incoming Contact and it is shifted among your Contacts, 2 situations can occur:

In such a case the unanswered Bluet cards will be shifted in 12 hours in the Recycle Bin and unlike other Bluet Cards you won't be able to get it back among Contacts.

You can do the follwoing with Incoming Bluet Cards:

Look at the User detail by tapping on the icon.  In Detail section you can decide where to assign a new user.

(If you do not decide for the option Is my celebrity, or Is my favorite, the user appears just in Contacts). If you decide to disclose your phone number to a new contact, choose the option Can see my phone.

(Note: text messaging SMS and calls are restricted until you allow that a new user can see my phone. A user that was allowed to see my phone has to do the same. If you mutually allow the option can see my phone the SMS and calls are available. You can switch off this option anytime.

If you initiate the call from the Bluetme app, then you do not call over the Internet like e.g. Viber but through your operator. The same applies also for text messages (SMS).

By shifting Bluet Card to the left the other options appear:

CONTACTS

In this section are the contacts that you approached by the Bluet .

You can send Bluet to somebody only once and this cannot be changed.

If you are not just in the app there is a possibility of notification/ anouncementst. That applies in case:

Boys and girls we marked by blue and red strip next to the photo.

By tapping on the photo you can better see the owner of Bluet Card (the photo will enlarge). 

A user is Online if the photo is colored.

A user is Offline if the photo is black and white. 

Chat you can start by tapping on the Nickname of added contact.

Menu on the bar of chat contains possibilities: To send the history of chat, Picture from gallery,  Photo,  Voice mail,  Call,  SMS and possibility        to Insert emoticon. 

You can send the History of chat to anybody even to yourself.

 If anyone from added contacts writes you the large red exclamation mark next to a detail is flashing .

You can see the detail of a user by tapping the icon . You can decide in the detail where you assign a new user.

(If you do not opt for ls my celebrity or My favorite, a user remains among Contacts).  If you decide to disclose to your new contact your phone number choose the option Show phone number.

(Remark:  text messages (SMS) and calls are restrictred until you allow a user to see your phone number by tapping Show phone number. A user that you permitted to see your phone number must do the same.  If you mutually permit Show phone number, text messages and calls are available.  You can switch off this function anytime). 

By shifting Bluet Card to the left other options are displayed:

CHAT

You can start Chat by tapping on the Nickname of an added contact.

Menu on the chat bar contains options: To send history of chat, Gallery photo, Photo, Voice mails, Call, SMS, and possibility to insert emoticons.

Bluetme team: SMS and calls functions are restricted until you permit a selected user to SHOW PHONE NUMBER.

A user that was permitted to see the phone number must do the same. If you mutually permit to show phone number, text messages and calls are fully available. You can switch off this function any time.

If you start a call from the Bluetme app you do not call through the Internet (like e.g. in Viber app) but you call through your operator. The same applies for text messages.

For calls and text messages your operator's tariffs apply.

BY SHIFTING BLUET CARD to the left other options are displayed:

STALKING

Is option for blocking a user that you do not wish to be contacted.

MENU → SETTINGS → STALKING

On this page tap on a selected user, after displaying the question select the option: Yes

RECYCLE BIN

Recycle Bin is a common function that practically everybody knows.

You can return a contact or delete it permanently by following procedure:

BLT. SCORE

In Bluetme score you can check out who out of your Contacts has got most Bluets and what is your position among them.

IMPORT OF CONTACTS

This option will load into your Incoming contacts all the Bluet Cards of your contacts that you have in your phone list (only if they installed Bluetme app).

By loading Bluet Cards from your Contacts you increase the possibility of getting Bluets.

SHUTTING DOWN THE APPLICATION

For Female: For example,  You go to a party and will have your cell phone in your wallet, you can set up when the Bluetme app should shut down.

For Male: For example, If you are on to a soccer match, you can set up when the Bluetme app should shut down.

BLUETOOTH

Bluetme team: Everybody knows bluetooth! It is in every cell phone and until we started to use wifi/the Internet it was utilized quite often. We sent through it contacts, photos or music. It took ages and maybe you have not used it at all :-).

Since Bluetooth has improved a lot over years we decided to utilize it everywhere with no wi-fi or the Internet connection. There are many places like that and it would be a pitty if you could not communicate with somebody you like (and do not know at all..).

In Bluetme app bluetooth has significant role. If there is no wi-fi/the Internet available you can switch on bluetooth and continue. Bluetme Cards will be further loaded, you can chat or send Bluets.

Why not give it a try.. Switch off wi-fi, mobile data, GPS and let bluetooth on. Go to chat, Bluet or try to receive Bluet Cards.

It works, doesn't it? J

Be patient when using the app on bluetooth signal. Do not overwhelm bluetooth by sending larger files. It would cause a queue and a slow down. You may lose the possibility to exchange Bluets with somebody.

If you send a Bluet and have a feeling that the app did not do it do not worry. Once you are on a wi-fi/the Internet signal our servers will do the job.

RANGE OF BLUETME APPLICATION

Bluetme team: Our objective is you could send get Bluetme Cards to from somebody you can see. Therefore we believe cca 163 feets (50 meters) is sufficient (range of bluetooth in open areas).

Since the app is new and we want you could use all its functions already now, we set the distance for a trial period at 62.2 miles (approximately 100 Km). We will decrease the distance/range gradually.

LOSS OF PIN AND LOCKED SCREEN

If you forget your PIN do the following: Unistall the app from your smartphone and download it again. The app is linked with your phone number. If you download on the same phone number the app will ask you whether you want to Resume or Register. Select Resume. In case of any problems contact us at: www.bluetme.com/support

IS THE BLUETME APP FOR FREE?

The app is currently free of charge until the end of 2017, then a symbolic annual fee 1,99 USD is to be charged. Special application's features like unique nicknames may be charged.

CELEBRITY

If you are a celebrity you can use the application under your name. E.g. in the format TaylorSwift.

To be clear for the other app's users that it's really you, you obtain from us a symbol (original). Then your name will look like this:

TaylorSwift®

(name of Taylor Swift we put as an example)

Be careful for the first capital letters of your name and surname to be correctly written.

Despite that it is necessary for you to contact us to check that it is really you.

To be able to help you, please describe us in short what happened. If possible send us a printscreen.

Do not forget to send us your nickname and phone number (without that we cannot react).

Offensive content

If you receive a message from somebody that bothers you, you can remove that user from your Contact list or you can block them by shifting to Stalking.

If you disclose to a user that bothers you your phone number you can switch off in the Detail of that user the item 'Can see my phone'.

If a removed user keeps bothering you after you removed them from Contact list in the Bluetme app, go to Settings of your phone and block them there as well.

We will react to your reports about offensive content within 24 hours by removing offensive content and ejecting a user providing such a content.

Do not forget to send us your Nickname, phone number and content that you find inappropriate or offensive (without this information we cannot react).
